KL and KNL: version 0.05

kl.m and knl.m are the latest versions of my linear (kl) and nonlinear (knl) Matlab equation solvers.

The most recent code is now in Julia. See the
I will not be supporting or working on the Matlab solvers anymore.

The base solver codes are kl.m, knl.m, kl_optset.m, and knl_optset.m.
